Stallard Technologies, Inc. stands behind our high-quality refurbished enterprise hardware with a 30-day return policy for most items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process to ensure your hardware needs are met or your investment is refunded.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original anti-static bags and protective shipping materials to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated technical facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware and serial numbers, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
